Who is responsible
Endurvity operates endurvity.com. The registered operating entity, its address, and the contact point for data protection questions are to be confirmed at legal review and will be stated here in full.

What the site collects
Endurvity is a static site with no user accounts. There is nothing to log into and no profile attached to you.
- Newsletter signups: the email address you enter, and the date you entered it.
- Messages you send us: your email address and whatever you put in the message.
- Server request logs: standard web-server records, which include IP address, user agent, and the page requested.
- Tool inputs: the figures you type into a tool. The intent is that these are processed in your browser and not transmitted; each tool page states what it does with what you enter.
What it does not collect
- Health information tied to an identity. No tool asks who you are.
- Payment details. Nothing on the site is for sale.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking identifiers.
- Data sold, rented, or shared with data brokers, under any circumstances.
Analytics
Where Endurvity measures traffic, the intention is to use an approach that does not set identifying cookies and does not build a profile of individual visitors — aggregate page counts rather than personal journeys.
The specific provider, the exact data it receives, and whether any of it leaves the region will be named here once confirmed at legal review.

Cookies
The site aims to function without cookies that require consent. If a cookie or similar technology is introduced that is not strictly necessary, this section will list it — its name, purpose, and lifetime — and consent will be requested before it is set.

Who your data is shared with
Delivering a newsletter and hosting a website both require third-party services. Any provider that processes personal data on our behalf will be named in this section, along with what it processes and where.
We will not name providers here before the arrangements are in place and reviewed.

How long data is kept
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, after which the address is deleted rather than suppressed. Retention periods for correspondence and server logs will be specified at legal review.

Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access the personal data held about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to or restrict its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable form. You may also have the right to complain to your national supervisory authority.
