About

Practical healthspan, written for people with jobs.

Endurvity exists because the gap between what health research says and what health content says has become difficult to cross on your own.

What we publish

Three things, and deliberately not more. System guides that explain one capacity system at a time — strength, cardio, mobility, recovery, nutrition, and the measurements worth following. Free tools that turn general guidance into a decision you can make this week. Research briefs that state what a body of evidence supports and how strongly, before saying anything about what to do.

Everything is written for adults who have a job, obligations, and a limited number of hours. If a recommendation only works for someone with an unusual amount of free time, it is not a recommendation, it is a hobby.

What we will not publish

Longevity has attracted a large amount of confident writing that outruns the evidence behind it. We would rather publish less.

  • Biological age scores. The consumer versions are modelling choices, not measurements, and they are not precise enough to act on.
  • Protocols named after people. A stack is not a plan, and a routine that requires four hours a day is not transferable.
  • Findings from a mouse study written up as advice for humans.
  • Fear as a motivator. If a page only works because it frightened you, it did not work.
  • Supplement claims that outrun the trials behind them.

Who writes it

Endurvity is published by a small editorial team. Everything on the site is bylined "The Endurvity Team" — we do not attribute articles to invented individuals, and we do not put credentials next to a name that has not earned them here.

We are building a network of named clinical and scientific reviewers, and that work is genuinely underway rather than complete. Until a reviewer is engaged and has actually read a page, no page on this site will claim expert review. When that changes, the reviewer will be named on the pages they reviewed and listed on the medical review page.

How we handle uncertainty

Most health questions do not have a clean answer, and pretending otherwise is the most common failure in this category. Every research brief carries a strength rating on a published four-point scale, states the population the research was conducted in, and names what is still unresolved.

When the evidence changes, the page changes, and the change is logged. A page that has never been updated in a field that moves is not a sign of confidence.

How Endurvity is funded

Endurvity is currently unfunded by advertising, affiliate arrangements, or sponsorship. There is no supplement line, no paid placement, and nothing on the site is a paid recommendation.

If that changes, it will be disclosed on this page and on any page it affects before it takes effect, not afterwards.

No advertising · No affiliate links · No sponsored content

What Endurvity is not

This is not medical care and it cannot be. We do not know your history, your medications, or your symptoms, and general information is a poor substitute for someone who does. Use the site to understand a decision, then take the decision to a professional who can see you.
