What we cannot answer
We cannot give you individual medical or training advice, and we will not try. That includes interpreting your test results, telling you whether a symptom is serious, advising on medication, and reviewing your training programme.
This is not caution for its own sake. Answering those questions well requires knowing your history and being able to examine you, and an email from a publication cannot do either.
Reporting an error
Error reports get read first. You do not need to be certain, and you do not need to be gentle about it. Include the page, the claim, and where you believe the correct information is.
We aim to acknowledge within a few working days. Substantive corrections are published in the log.
If something is urgent
Endurvity is not a clinical service and this inbox is not monitored continuously. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or attend an emergency department.
